Charges

We operate on a no tenant, no fee system.
11% per month plus a £150 registration fee when a suitable tenant has been found.

Without Management - For a one off fee of 75% of the first months rent we can advertise your property, provide a full inventory and draw up leases. Registration Fee does not apply.

References available on request for both managed and unmanaged properties.

Factoring

Fee for factoring will be dependent upon services required, location and size of property. Please contact the office as we will be pleased to discuss your requirements.
