Charges

We operate on a no tenant, no fee system.
10% per month plus a £150 registration fee when a suitable tenant has been found.

Without Management - For a one off fee of 70% of the first months rent we can advertise your property, provide a full inventory and draw up leases. Registration Fee does not apply.

Property Checks

Not going to be home for a while?  We can check your property on a regular basis to ensure your property is secure and there are no leaks or problems.  Fee for this service will be dependent upon services required, location and size of property.  We can also organise works for you whilst you are away.  Please contact the office as we will be pleased to discuss your requirements.
